Dave Coram is part of the Lambeth NQT Induction Team, with particular expertise around the statutory and administrative requirements of induction. Dave has worked with the NQTs in Lambeth for nearly fifteen years and enjoys the fact that he gets to work with a different group of teachers each year, presenting their own challenges within broadly the same induction framework.
Michelle Raistrick gained QTS in 1999 in Liverpool and undertook her induction in a Greenwich school. Michelle came to Lambeth in 2001, joining Henry Cavendish Primary - where she has taught since. Michelle became Assistant Headteacher in 2006 and was made Head of School for the Streatham site in 2015. Michelle has lots of experience of mentoring students and NQTs, and loves her job, the staff at the school and especially the children that they teach.
Kate Taylor gained QTS in Durham, starting her career in Sunderland before moving to London to teach Maths in a Southwark secondary school. Kate started to teach primary-aged children thirty years ago, and has worked in a number of Lambeth primary schools. Kate was the Induction Tutor at Rosendale Primary for many years; almost all of the NQTs there, prior to Kate's retirement in 2018, have gone through their induction with Kate by their side.
